baby wearing

Since we've been down in Florida I've seen only one or two other babies being worn. At the mall we saw millions of four and five year olds being pushed around by mothers with cell phones glued to their heads. Is that fun? Granted it was the mall, not knows for it's recreational options for young children, but even the playground every baby less than a year old was snugly tucked away in those car seat stroller things. Crazy. I have to build up Poppies stroller to get her in it so I can go for a run or walk to town (6 miles round trip). "Whoo Hoo! It's a stroller ride! Go get Cowie!!"

I wear Cody all the time in an Ergo Carrier. In my experience it's the best one out there. We can zip in and out of shops, push Miss P on the swing, run around in the yard and even nurse - but only in dire situations. I love it, and if you or someone you know is needing a carrier, I recommend this one. It fits Poppie too, she'll ride in it this summer on long hikes. It can be worn on the front or back, and has a sleeping hood for head support if the child falls asleep.
