Everybody who's been through it tells us potty training takes a lot of patience and a huge sense of humor. We agree. In our home the bathroom is upstairs, so every trip to the toilet involves an urgent exclamation of, "I GOTTA GO PEEPEE!!" and a hurried trip upstairs just to sit on the pot, and maybe or maybe not go.
We are down in Florida visiting my folks. Poppie took it upon herself to introduce Cowie to the toilet. I discovered her little project when I went into the bathroom and found a full roll of toilet paper fluffed up all over the place. And yes, there was pee in the little potty under the mountain of paper. I think Cowie is getting the hang of this.
